This is a highly unusual piece and we love it because the back of the pendant is the same as the front, so the wearer can feel the stone directly against their skin.
Drusy, druse, different spellings, but they all mean the same thing; tiny quartz crystals that form within or on the surface of other stones, in this case a piece of muscovite. Because of their sparkling appearance drusy stones they are often used in jewellery making.
Muscovite is a form of mica, found in an area in Russia of the same name.
Muscovite is said to be a highly protective stone. This stone is known as the spiritual insulator that will seal the aura and prevent the wearer from psychic attacks.
